Cookies

What are cookies and what they do?
Cookies are small text files that are created by a web server and stored on your computer when you visit a website. They don't do anything, i.e. they are not executable code and can only be read by (you and) the website that created them. Cookies are widely used across the internet: you may have hundreds of cookies on your computer at any one time. Many websites use cookies to improve your browsing experience e.g. remember your log-in details, record which items you have selected to purchase, or even structure what content is displayed depending on your preferences. Cookies can also be used to record 'analytics' data i.e. which web pages you visit, whether or not you arrived at the web page by clicking on an advertisement or an affiliated website.

Many websites, including us, find the collection of analytics data valuable in improving the quality and content of their web sites. Always remember, all modern browsers allow you to easily block 3rd party cookies if you so wish.

  • To record analytics data. This data is captured anonymously, aggregated and made available to us (and only us) via the Google Analytics tools. We use this data to analyze how visitors interact with our website. This helps us to continually improve our website and products by allowing us to better understand what content and products visitors want. You may block and/or remove any of the Axxa cookies using the capabilities of your browser. Please note that the shopping basket cookie is required if you wish to purchase from us. This cookie is created when you add a product to your shopping basket and is automatically deleted once you close your browser.

Search

The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it in the ‘Enter Part Number' box at the top of every page. Simply type the part number of the item you are looking for into the box and click enter.

Best search results are often obtained if you enter just the manufacturer’s part number. Sometimes there can be more than one number on a part (Model Number or Type Number or ID Number), so it is always worth trying all the options. Getting the format (with or without – (dash) of the number correct is not necessary when searching. Our search engine will reveal the same results regardless of formatting.

The large range of products available means that sometimes it is difficult to find the item you may be looking for. This might be because we have the part listed under a different number or it could be that we have never added this part to our database.

Whatever part you are looking for our Sales or Procurement team will be able to help and advise. We have many years of experience in sourcing new, refurbished, obsolete / legacy or ‘hard to find’ automation products. So please contact us for whatever you need.
External Files

Some additional information is available on our website in the form of Adobe PDF files. Clicking on a link to these files will open a new browser window. We're working to make our most important documents fully accessible.
