  • Step One. A visual inspection of the servo motor, forward and reverse rotation and performing the meg test. 
  • Step Two.  Performing a bench test to check feedback alignment and performing the KE test and the functioning of feedbacks; check encoder count, resolver angles, and tach voltages. 
  • Step Three. Disassembling, cleaning and baking the motor; performing the hi-pot and surge tests, and our technicians check for machine work. 
  • Step Four. Installation of new bearings and seals, if needed. 
  • Step Five. Reassembling the Servo Motor, checking and correcting feedback alignment. Bench testing with our Test Equipment including load testing to ensure that the repaired motor is operationally ready to work at the customer’s end. 
  • Step Six.  Repaired servo motor is painted and is shipment ready. 

Our normal turnaround time for a servo motor repair is 3 to 7 day. Axxa offers 1to 3 days turnaround time for RUSH and time critical repairs. Axxa offers 1 to 2 day rush service for your convenience.
